On a breezy March afternoon, I spent a few hours at The Beverley Barn capturing a spring-inspired styled shoot alongside some brilliant local wedding suppliers.
The brief was simple: no high-pressure production, just a group of creatives making something beautiful in a space that already does most of the heavy lifting.
Spring (Sort Of) in East Yorkshire
The air still had that early March bite and the clouds kept threatening rain, but the Yorkshire weather held. Spring was clearly trying, daffodils were in full bloom, adding natural softness and the kind of colour that makes this rustic venue feel even more special.
Styled shoots move at a different pace than actual wedding days, but the atmosphere felt surprisingly natural. That's what happens when you pair a great team with a venue as characterful as The Beverley Barn.
The Creative Team
A huge thank you to the talented local suppliers who brought this vision to life. If you are planning your own East Yorkshire wedding, I can’t recommend this crew highly enough:

How I Work
If you're planning a wedding at Beverley Barn, or anywhere around Beverley, Driffield, Hornsea, or Bridlington with a similar rustic, relaxed vibe, this shoot shows how I approach the day.
I stay unobtrusive and focus on the genuine moments. Whether it's a styled shoot or your actual big day, I'm there to capture what happens, not orchestrate it. You spend your time celebrating, not posing.
Location and Date: 10th of March 2026 - The Beverley Barn, Beverley East Yorkshire
